TOKORAI is an umbrella organization devoted to the movement of knowledge: from research to understanding, from understanding to practice, and from one person or generation to the next.
We call this Applied Intelligence. It is not a substitute for human thought. It is the coordinated use of human experience, careful research, sound methods, data, technology, and judgment to produce wiser decisions and more meaningful outcomes.
